Read MoreAccidentally contacted this company for an estimate there is another JC Roofing in Torrance which is awesome. Did not realize I'd contacted the wrong company I called back in November Thanksgiving week they said there was an appointment available to send out an estimator to Marina Del Rey on that Saturday at 1:00 p.m. I drove to the marina from South Bay waited for the estimator no one showed up no one called to say they were running late. I texted and did not receive a response. At 1:30 when they still had not arrived I called the office, there seemed to be a lot of difficulties with the phone not being answered. I finally got a hold of someone after several attempts and explained that I had to leave because I had to go to work and that I had been there more than 90 minutes waiting. Very unprofessional would not recommend this company for any reason.
