Read MoreThere were a couple of small leaks in the roof of a townhouse that we own. My options were to have the leaking spots repaired or replace the entire roof. Since the structure is 21 years old and has the original roof, I decided it was best to do the full roof.
I got multiple quotes from roofing contractors after doing some thorough research online to find reputable companies in the area. I ended up selecting Infinity Roofing. I am glad that I did.
They were competitive with their quote, but the main reason that I selected them was because of Kathleen and Anthony.
Kathleen was very friendly and helpful on the phone. She communicated very well via phone, text, and email … answering questions, setting appointments, and sending documents. Very efficient.
Anthony met me (on time) to do an inspection of the roof. He flew a drone over the house and took photos to show me prior to him going up on the roof to do a close-up inspection. He even took the time to go up into the attic with me to see the leaking areas and inspect the roof from the inside. Very thorough review and honest assessment.
Far better than other contractors’ efforts. I didn’t tell any of them that I had done some roofing as a teenager … so I know just a little bit. Even though all of the quotes were from highly rated companies, some of the guys that I met to get inspections for quotes, were borderline sketchy in terms of trying to sell me on stuff I knew that I really didn’t need. Or acting like they could get insurance to pay when I know there wasn’t anyway that was going to happen.
Anthony wasn’t that way. He was knowledgeable, friendly (genuine-friendly … not phony-friendly), not pushy, straightforward, thorough, and honest. He was also the project manager the day the work was done, which was great.
He had a six man crew working on my job. They set-up early, tore off the old roof, repaired the leaking areas, put on the new roof, and cleaned everything up … all in one day! Granted, it’s not a huge roof. But I was still impressed with having the whole job completed in one day. And from what I know and can see, it is quality work with quality materials. And he basically hit his originally quoted amount.
Anthony even sent me updates with photos throughout the day so I could see how the job was progressing. I’ll post a few of them with this Google review.
So yes, I would absolutely recommend that you talk with Kathleen and Anthony at Infinity if you need anything done on your roof.
