I highly recommend the Iceman! I reached out to Jim inquiring about a new ice machine and he was very helpful. The entire process from start (ordering new ice machine) to finish (install) was flawless and very timely. Excellent company and customer service!

They took the entire machine apart and cleaned every piece separately! It’s like new now. They also replaced the filter to the machine and really did an overhaul on it. Very pleased with the service. I spoke to Jim he gave me a quick fix that works beautifully by the way until he could get here on Tuesday I'm making an appointment for Tuesday because of how honest and thorough he was with me on the phone and didn't ask me for any money. Honesty is the best policy that's why he has my business

I bought a new Scotsman ice machine and when I plugged it in it began making ice, but only made about 10 pounds then quit, and this was a brand-new machine. I called the Iceman and he was prompt at ordering and fixing my machine. Even with the hectic schedule through the holidays, he made it a rush order. It needed a whole new compressor. When you’re in a small business, you always appreciate someone that goes out of their way for you. Thanks again Jim , I really appreciate it.

Iceman Factory was fantastic from start to finish. Initially called and Jim who answered the phone walked me through a few things to check on my under counter 100 LB ice machine. Unfortunately that was not my issue, he then scheduled me for a few days later. Ryan showed up right on time and was very professional and had it up and going quickly and even gave me some tips on how to upgrade my filter and lines in the future. Thanks again !!!
