Read More10 STARS!! BRILLIANT CREW….I live in Fitchburg. Originally I had a slate roof which is old and flat roof that was leaking. Since this was a major project, I wanted a company that I can trust and do the job properly. My house is over 100 years old. I had 5 quotes from different roofers and most of them are dodgy. Most are overpriced and some are sketchy. I called H&R to provide me a quote. Chris came and examined my roof and then provided me with a decent price. He was not a pushy salesman or something. Unlike other roofers who wanted me to decide on the spot. He gave me space to think about the project. I did my research- I checked the BBB website, the google review, Homeadvisor, AngelsList, Thumbtrack and even Yelp reviews. All review websites have 5 stars but I did not stop there. I even asked Chris if he could provide me addresses near me that they did roofing lately and he gladly provided it to me. Finally, decided to go with H&R. I made the best decision ever. These guys are professional, trustworthy, very detailed with their work and they know exactly what they’re doing. The crew were hardworking.
The crew came and did my slope roof and flat roof for 2 days. The third day was my gutters. Chris was always at the site while the guys were doing the roof and gutters to ensure everything is good. Ronaldo came as well (I think he is the owner of the company). They were all hands on. They even cleaned up each day and made sure that there’s no scraps on the ground. These guys are excellent. I have a brand new roof and gutters made to perfection. I am extremely happy with their work. Don’t bother with other contractors, I HIGHLY recommend H&R. They are the best.
