I called Hood Plumbing with a clogged drain. They came out mid morning the next day and worked until it was resolved. They also swapped out the internals of an old faucet that I had on an old bathtub. They were very professional and took their time to ensure a good job was done. I never felt like they were in a hurry. While they worked at my house, I felt like I was the priority customer for the entire day. Great price for great work.

I had a clean out drain clogged, called a guy who came out and charged $160 to run an auger. Problem returned the following Friday. Called Mr Hood, and they came by 7:00 Saturday morning. They used a camera to access the problem and clean the drain. Same problem occurred turns out the drain under the slab was also clogged. They came back at 5:00 and resolved the problem. Two trips on a Saturday is unbelievable service. They are the best at what they do.

I called them on a Sunday after water burst in my house, and they managed to stop by in only a few hours. They're professional, kind, and very respectful people who didn't show a condescending attitude toward me as someone totally ignorant of basic home maintenance knowledge (believe me, many tradesmen show that attitude...).
Overall, great and honest service and very reasonable price.
By the way, they're NOT open 24/7, so please call during daytime (regular business hours) if this issue can wait.
Updates:
Oh but then I called them again in 2021, they wrote down my number and name and said they'd get back to me...but they never did. I suppose they are great when they're available, but they don't always get back to you when you need to wait.

Great folks! None of my fixtures would drain...I had a clog in my main line that I tried to use a friend's small auger to remove without success. These guys came out with a very large auger and fixed the problem quickly!

Im so impressed by this company. They were very professional, got the job done quickly and at a good price. They even came back the next day to unclog a drain that wasn’t related to the original problem at no extra charge. I highly recommend!!!

Washing machine drain line was not draining well. Called Roto-Rooters first. The tech ran a line through the roof vent, said he was pulling mud and collected $101 for making the problem worse. Roto-Rooters told me I needed to call a plumber. I thought I had! Washer had stopped draining entirely and now kitchen sink was backing up. Afterwards called Hood Plumbing, and they snaked through the cleanout port. They also pulled out mud, but continued to work the line all the way through to the back of the house a few times. Was able to clean out lint and other gunk. They were persistent in making sure they fixed the problem- even if only temporarily. I also got a quote for re-routing the washer and kitchen drain, since the drain piping from the washer had broken down and would eventually have to be replaced. I am pleased that at least I can use my washer in the meantime until I can schedule the replacement in a couple of weeks. Prompt and very friendly service! I would definitely recommend.

Replaced two toilet bowls in last two years and did a great job. Call him for another job and he gave me name/ number for someone who could repair tube verses replacing. Good folks.
