Picking the proper company was crucial.We met with several different brands and are overly thrilled with our choice to go with Hoffman Weber Construction.
George was our sales advisor. I am INSANELY picky, especially when it comes to $$. I spent a lot of time talking with George about our options. Like most, our job came with it's own set of challenges, mainly focusing around our concrete roof + how the tiles were installed.
Because of the roof tiles, were not able to replace the original facia and soffit like we wanted. That would have involved removing a substantial amount of our roof perimeter. No one wants that as an option! Luckily, George offered us a great solution. We absolutely love the outcome!!
We didn't need to touch the roof, thank goodness. Their crew was able to wrap everything existing in a modern smooth black metal (they have tons of colors). Now, we have no future maintenance. It preserves the underneath material. Ultimately, it was the best solution, that kept our roof intact, and it looks amazing.
Ken helped us as our project manager for the windows, he was very pleasant and communicative. While the actual installers didn't come when they scheduled with us. It was a quick job, so that wasn't a big impact for us. Ken was able to help us get it rescheduled in a timely manner and the windows looks great!
Jesse has been our project manager for the entire exterior portion of the job. Again, he has been extremely helpful. He is 100% on the ball with communication. We even added on a last minute change, which was also more work for his crew. He was able to get it completed for us with no impact to the overall time line. I expected we'd have to wait to make it happen. He made that happened the very next day.
Overall from start to finish our project has been handled exceptionally well. Obviously, we won't know how these new lifetime materials holdup for some time. But the overall curb appeal is exactly what we wanted.
Hoffman Weber must be doing something right, because Jesse, George, Ken, Victor, the crew. All of them were a true joy to work with and we are just so pleased with our new look.
