Chris, the captain, and Mateo, who handled the media and got us prepped, were not only professional but also incredibly respectful and personable. Mateo explained everything we needed to know before we went up, and both of them made sure my family and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the whole experience.
One thing I really have to point out is Mateo’s talent with the photos. Looking back at the pictures, I was blown away. When you realize just how far up and out we actually were, it’s amazing how clear and perfectly timed the shots turned out. It takes real skill to capture moments like that, and Mateo nailed it.
And then there’s Chris ,what a captain. He handled the boat with absolute ease, making it all feel so smooth and effortless. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing, and that level of confidence instantly put us at ease. It takes a lot of trust when you’re parasailing for the first time, and Chris made it feel like second nature. He also pulled us all in after the parasailing was done without us even touching the water which wasn't an issue but that just goes to show how good he actually is.
Their customer service was flawless, their energy was contagious, and they turned what could have been a nerve-wracking first-time activity into pure fun and excitement. I can’t recommend this crew and company enough. If you’re in Florida, this is an absolute must!
