It's always hard to write bad reviews, but why else the rating exists if not to rate the place honestly.
No offense to masseuse, she was very nice and friendly, but she had 0 skills. I took oil massage and was hoping to relax. But her moves was very fast and strong, sometimes quite painful, sometimes just slipping on the oil skin, her hands were not soft and frequently scratched me. I had like 1000 massages and this one was one of the worst, I have a lot of examples to compare with. During the massage I was constantly suspecting she has no clue what she is doing. But the worst thing is that everyone non-stop talking out loud around you, laughing, caughing, and everything without music. 100% feeling that I'm on the market playing the role of piece of meat on the butcher's table. Bad technique of masseuse is somewhat tolerable but total disrespect to customers from staff is not.
It's just ridiculous to read reviews like "best massage on Koh Samui". Well, maybe if you was drunk af, it was your first massage ever and it was foot massage - maybe. Otherwise I can't imaging someone writing it honestly. "Hi-Class massage" LOL.

The massage is good but not the best on the island. Service is bad. The masseuses are constantly talking, so it’s impossible to relax and get pleasure. They don’t respond to requests to be quiet. A place for a quick massage, not a complete rest.

Trust the negative reviews you read here, they are all true! The WORST massage I've had in Thailand!! The place is not very clean, but that's not the worst part. The worst part is that they are not trained, the massage is done haphazardly, it hurts for no reason, and none of the movements are relaxing or therapeutic. Moreover, they do not wash their hands before or after using balm or oil. They cough, wipe their nose with their hands, and continue the massage! No hygiene and no attention to the client's requests, they do whatever they want and then MAKE FUN OF YOU! I do not recommend it at all!!!

I usually don't leave bad reviews, but this is about other people who can suffer the same way I did. I came for a body massage the day after a leg workout, the masseuse did everything like in other salons, until she started pressing her elbow on the lower part of my lower back, where the sacrum is. There were strange sensations, but I did not stop (although I felt that this should not be done), after which she began to press with all her strength on the buttock area from the back. Her hand movements were inappropriately sharp. In the end, she took menthol ointment and applied it to my neck and face without asking if I needed it. As a result, my lower back has been pulling and hurting for 2 weeks, a subcutaneous pimple from her ointment appeared on my face, which is also still there. Perhaps I injured my muscles during training, but before the massage nothing hurt.

The administrator is a separate issue - a greyhound with red eyes, as soon as the season started she grabbed the star. First, sign up in advance, then the master is gone, here is this clumsy one.
