If I could leave less than a one star review, I would! We recently left this agency, due to terrible customer service! Filing a claim was a complete nightmare for our son, who is also on the policy! The final straw for leaving this company was when I questioned a $200 price increase from one month to the next with Kate, and had to endure her terrible customer service skills for the final time! Every time that we have had communication with Kate, she has been curt and talked down to us!! It’s hard to even get a word in edgewise with her, and she completely talked over me and down to me every single time that I had communication with her! When I advised her that I would be shopping rates with another company, I got crickets… Pure silence! I was so relieved to switch to another company, and was able to save $1000…And what a breath of fresh air that I was finally able to find an agency where I am treated with courtesy and respect!!
