TLDR;! Don't get swindled elsewhere when you can get hooked up proper by going to hair galleria instead! You can thank me later! FYI- Photos are progressive... Starting, to the first terrible "bayilage" to a week and a half after first "bayilage" fix it attempt to the results (had to add some makeup... Yikes lol). So now you can see how bad they messed my hair up and how great hair galleria made it in spite of the other salons screwups!!! Extended Review- They are so patient with me and my requests. I'll come in with a vision and the worst explanation ever & leave looking amazing even when it's not what I pictured in my head. Seriously, I am so lucky photos and google itself exists as I'm sure I'd be the first murder victim of these awesome hairdressers after the third appointment... I think I can be seen as a difficult customer but I promise it's not intentional I just don't know how to explain things well yet 😂 Even the last time I went and I left a bit disappointed... It was only for a second! Once I got outside and could really see it... Wow! Just gorgeous coloring! So pleasantly surprised and totally ecstatic! She hooked me up for sure! I went through two disaster stylists before coming back here just to get fixed up. I moved out of state and had to try to find something local obviously. Big mistake. When you find a good salon, you stay with it! Even out of state! 😂 Or you end up like me... where the new stylists butcher your hair, in style, length and color! Didn't even do a simple layer and low lights (as requested). I left looking like I had a bad full on brown (not red) die job 12 weeks prior.... Right out of the salon!!!! Had so many bad comments about my roots the same day!!! Worst experience ever! So I'm even more grateful that they were able to help me and fix me up after all that! They got me in super quick, I had the place nearly to myself and had an awesome stylist who actually listened and spent the extra time needed to fully fix me up as well as took the time to educate me without being snippy or outright rude like other folks I've experienced. They actually do the real ombre/bayilage techniques too... Unlike so many other places (hello Groupon?!) that prey on the ignorance of their customers. Again, google exists, why do some bad stylists insult our intelligence like that?! So rude!! This is the best salon I've ever been too... I've had three different stylists so far and each one was excellent!! Highly recommend this place for sure!!

Naya did an amazing job with my hair. I asked for a balayage a hair cut. The end result was great. Would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely visit the next time I'm in California.

This review is for the stylist ROJA ( go to her for balayage!): I arrived a bit early for my appointment, which was easy enough to make. I was warned previously that the balayage process which I got a Groupon for can take about 3 hours. Roja greeted me promptly. I showed her photos I liked and she was all about it. She told me she would use my Groupon at the end. She sat me down and took a photo of my hair. She playfully told me this is my "before" photo. She immediately started bleaching and foiling my hair. She explained to me that the hair will process and lift the color, so we need to see how much we can get it to lift to attain the look in the photo. The salon is cute and professional. The ladies who worked looked to be friends and it felt like they had a community. Also the fed me tea and cake while my hair processed. After bleach she washed my hair and asked to see my photo again that I liked before mixing the right toner. She started getting really excited after washing the toner out. I asked her if she thought it would look like the photo "BETTER!" she confidently asserted. She seemed to be quite proud of her work, which at first had me worried. I've been burned before by so many stylists that just didn't understand what I wanted or couldn't do it. So I was a little sceptical of her praising her own work. I mean, what if I didn't like it! How awkward would that be? Unfortunately I didn't have to find out. Roja, spent almost 5 HOURS crafting me my DREAM HAIR. I almost cried. It looked fake it was so nice. Truely my hair has never looked better in my life and I lament that I didn't realize my hair could do this before my wedding last year! She told me next time to not buy the Groupon and they would honor the same price. She took a few photos of her work and wasn't pushy about offering additional products. Tip in cash when you go. Go to her for your balayage, you will not be dissatisfied. I can't speak to a haircut or anything else but she knows what she's doing. Her Instagram is @roja_hair_beauty check it out.
