Read MoreI recently had an experience with this store while searching for a Kohler sink stopper for an upcoming property listing. Initially, my interaction with Domingo over the phone was quite pleasant. However, my experience took a disappointing turn during a subsequent call.After sending Domingo an email containing two photos of the sink stopper and the sink itself, I inquired about the differences between the chrome stopper he mentioned and the finish I had described in the email. Instead of addressing my request, he suggested I come to the store to examine it in person.I politely asked if he could take a photo of the chrome stopper and reply to my email with it, allowing us to assess its suitability remotely. Unfortunately, he declined, citing that he was assisting other customers. I then inquired if he could do so when the store was less busy, but received the same response: a firm "no." To my surprise, Domingo then abruptly stated, "I'm trying to be nice, but at this point, I don't care. Take it or leave it," and hung up.As a Realtor, I prioritize professionalism and courteous communication, especially with vendors. Therefore, I was disheartened by the level of customer service I encountered during this interaction. It is my hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in customer service at this establishment.
