I've been a customer for many years- Barb is a terrific agent. Gets quotes on rates and insurers very quickly.
I've recommended many friends and family members to her, and they are all happy too!

Barb is not very sharp or professional. Doesn't seem busy serving clients. Wasted 30 minutes of my time today because of her.
