By 'Checking In' on-line, I'm never kept waiting long (if ever) for a haircut! Super easy ... The staff at Orchard Hill Park in Leominster is wonderful! As a senior, I appreciate the small discount and gladly over-tip my service provider.

Gave me a poor hair cut and had to have a redo by someone else that worked there that night . I started going there after I was told they at the time charged $9.99 for a cut maybe it was a sale but I made a bad call getting a gift card because I was told by them that I Would receive $9.99 cuts until the card was used up. I got one cut for $9.99 then I started getting charged $14.99 and being very upset I wanted to talk to a manager which never called me back for months. I keep calling and was told that the store manager was let go or left but talked with a manage brought in from somewhere else and she looked into my complaint and said see would refund the $14.99 haircut and give me 2 free cuts ,But the real issue was with my gift card that had only like $14 or so left on it when I only had 2 cuts at $9.99 so I thought ?, They charge me $14.99 when they charge me. Finally talked to manager It was by phone and was told this was all taken care of and when your ready just come in which I did and it will be taken care of. The new card they had had $14.99 on it an 2 free cuts in the computer , I paid $39.99 for my first gift card and only got one cut That I remember paying $9.99 for and a 2nd that I was charged $14.99 which should have been $9.99 for and had to make a second trip to get it right . I sick of it I was so mad when I went back to get a cut I just walked out the door telling them to please have the manager call me and it has been a month now and I have not received a call . Just thought I could try and save a few bucks going with that $9.99 deal . I wont make that mistake again . UPDATED ON 3/08/15 Went back to the store to try and talk to the manager and took all the sales slips with me. This Manger took the time to listen to me then got the owner on the phone who told me she well fix this today and she keep her word. In the end she refunded my full price of the gift card and gave my Son and myself a free haircut today. The owner had to make some employee changes and now the place runs like clockwork with you getting a great haircut and feeling good going out the door. I am glad I came back because my temper almost made this issue not get resolved because I would have never talked to the Owner today if I did not explain to the manager what the issue was in a nice manner , My Thanks to the Manager you know who you are and of course the owner for fixing an ongoing issue and making the store run so good, Great Job . I will be Back for my next cut for sure.
