I much prefer Great clips over supercuts, even on a busy day at great clips you can get a spot within a short time. I also like their app that tells how long you'll be waiting if you put your name in the queue

Since I switched to Great Clips a couple of years ago, I have invariably received excellent cuts and pleasant service. An outstanding salon! I also love using the app to check in: it gives an estimate of the wait time. Perfect.
