Read Moreinitially I thought everybody was so lovely and nice. However I did have a bad experience and I feel like I should share because I have given them ample opportunity to try and address it, and sadly despite me being pleasantly persisent, all they have done is ignored me. I've already left them two voice messages and I have heard nothing at all back from them.
My stylist here (Lornes??) Convinced me to do a keratin treatment in addition to my other services because they were having a "deal." I told her that I had been trying to find a good keratin place for years and finally found one with another stylist-- and I'm very happy with the way that product works in my hair. However-- with THAT stylist, I referred a friend and I was appalled at how that stylist treated my friend when her hair did not come out as expected!!
So I let Lornes know the story because I told her that most products don't work very well on my hair so I was skeptical. In fact I told her that I was scared to do it because my hair was still healthy from the last treatment I got from my former stylist, even though I'm "due" for another treatment.
Lornes assured me that it was going to work well, and if it doesn't that I should call her back and let her know.
Well I did call her back, and she ignored my phone calls! Not once but twice. My hair almost felt burned at the edges despite her haircut and keratin treatment. It actually felt much worse than when I went in for her treatment. I had to pay $200 to have them mess up my hair and then another $300 to fix it somewhere else! A costly $500 mistake and I wish I could tell them, but they wouldn't return my calls, so it looks like this is the only way they will ever find out !(that is, if they bother reading their reviews).
Looking back, what irony that she shook her head when my former stylist did this to a friend of mine, and then she does the same thing to me!! Very poor customer service and I'm truly disappointed. They seemed better than that. :-/

EDIT: the GALL of them to suggest that I CONTINUE to come to their salon!!!! I WOULD NEVER go back there again, esp now that they LIED about me still going there! So obnoxious.
The only effort they made is to respond to this message with a lie. says a lot about them as people. So ironic because I seem to remember messages about church in their bathroom. Complete hypocrisy.
