Highly recommend. I had another plumber that was going to charge me almost $200 for their second visit in 3 days. I called up Frank Marinelli Plumbing and Heating to dee if they could check things out for less, and the guy on the phone walked me through how I could do the work myself for a cost of about $10-15 bucks. That type of help and honestly is rare. These guys did not get a dime for the advice today, but next time I have a plumbing issue, I know who I’m going to call.

As a female, I am very hesitant and afraid of contractors trying to cheat me and take advantage of me. You have nothing to worry about with this company and are in good hands. I completely agree with the review by Lisa Irvine. They are OUTSTANDING!!! Look no further. They are the BEST plumbers I have ever dealt with. Best and only plumber you should use!!! After 2 horrible experiences with other plumbing companies, Billy and Anthony fixed our complicated tub issues without having to replace the entire tub as the other plumbers told us. They are very honest, skilled, talented, knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. Good, old-school work ethic. Billy and Anthony are AMAZING!!! They also were so kind to my 2 dogs, a Pomsky and Alaskan Klee Kai. I give them 2 thumbs up and my dogs give them 4 paws up!!!! Thank God there are still honest companies out there that provide such excellent service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them!!!

Very impressed with Billy and Frank Marinelli Plumbing & Heating. I called Billy yesterday evening around 5-6pm with a clogged drain and continuously running shower. Billy showed up today at 9am and completed the repair on both fixtures within an hour. I run an appliance repair company, so I was impressed with the overall ease of scheduling/repair. Will be recommending him to my customers and everyone I else I know who's looking for top-notch service and a fast turn around time. Thanks Billy!

Billy is very reliable, responsive, friendly, and honest. He did an exceptional job replacing my water heater. Hands down, the best plumber I've ever dealt with. Billy is apparently not too bad of a singer either!

I was able to work with them to purchase the correct faucet replacement for my kitchen sink. When I called for the installation they were able to fit me in same day. They arrived on time, completed the work professionally, and were not overpriced.

Honest, reliable, professional. Good, old school work ethic. We’ve used them for everything from leaks to bathroom renovations. Billy is a great guy with great crew.

Don't even think about using someone else. In one morning Billy and his son fixed a leak, installed a new hot water heater, capped-off 2 sinks, a shower, and a toilet, and restored pressure to a sink. Responded quickly to an immediate problem. Very reasonable price, no playing games. Unlike most plumbers he is able to quickly and confidently diagnose a problem and then address it.

Billy and all of his employees are unbelievably friendly and patient, they return calls promptly and show up when they say they're going to, and if they are running late, they call to let you know. Then, unlike any other plumber I've used, they've asked me to take a picture of the fixture needing a repair and email it to them so they can diagnose the problem ahead of time, explaining the work they will have to do and saving them the need to make an extra trip. Not only that, they do excellent Quality (that's quality with a capital Q) work and their rates are unbelievably reasonable! I have nothing but positive things to say about them and wouldn't use anyone else.

One call, straight answers, came when they said, fixed it in one trip and fair pricing. I have used them a few times now . Billy is friendly and informative. Office staff is helpful and pleasant.
