She’ll put up a front like you’re both about to get a mutually beneficial deal, then when its time to notarize documents, do repairs, actually live up to her word she ghosts for weeks to a month. Then when you do hear from her if you have an issue she relinquishes all responsibility and becomes an extreme displeasure to work with. My entire family got mold poisoning ranging from respiratory infections to rashes that we’re still going to doctors for and only just now feeling a bit better physically, emotionally, and financially after something like this. Shes a scammer. She doesn’t care if you have a young child. She refused to honor the terms of our contract. Takes your money and does not care about the aftermath.
