If I performed half as bad as his office does I would be fired from my job!I went in August to get auto insurance, worked out the deal, signed the papers, and everything was great for 2 months. Then he contacts me and says somehow his underwriters can't certify my driving history. First off, we discussed my records that he had when we agreed on the policy! Did they just disappear and he was too lazy to find them?? So he increases my rates, even after I go back to my previous insurance company and get every record I've ever had and proceeded to give this 35 page document to Mr. Hahn. This happened in November, and I have yet to reimbursed or credited the difference.So in December the problem not only persists but had gotten worse. Mr. Hahn and his associates haven't corrected my monthly policy, but have actually increased it again. The increase was for the same reasons as stated before yet they were an extra 40% higher!! I don't understand this fraudulent behavior! The problem hasn't been solved still.I am having to jump through hoops and take time out of my busy day to find another insurance company, and while I'm at it write this hopefully helpful review for anyone even slightly considering this branch.Just poor and pathetic job performance. Most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.
