The owner is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Some pet stains didn't come out with the first cleaning. I called them and they had no questions about coming back and rectifying the issue.
An update; we've used Genesis 2 more times since my initial review. They do a great job. Display a rare type of customer service that one doesn't see too often these days. Genesis is my go to for those hard to get out pet accidents on the carpet.

Love love love!! They are very professional and quick! Our meeting was for 12:30pm and Mathew was very speedy, he was done by 1pm and that included 3 rooms! Definitely will be using them again! Especially with two dogs and a toddler.

They cleaned the carpets in 1 bedroom and our living area in around an hour, including dealing with some pet stains. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. My house smells fresh again. I would definitely recommend their services!

Quality job. Blue carpet looks brand new. The crew worked very hard to get out pet stains and red dirt stains. They were careful with the furniture and very conscientious. Price was very reasonable for the great result. Highly recommend!!!
