Read MoreI've been with Allstate for over 10 years, and with the Gardner Agency specifically since 2021. As of the time of this review, they're a team of 4, and I've worked closely with 3 of them - Mike, Isabella, and Athena - who have all been extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as patient and kind with my many many questions over the years.
They've helped me choose the right insurance and change my coverage many times over the years, and have advised me not to get extra coverage that I thought I might need, as well as suggesting tweaks to what I already had that barely cost anything extra to get tons more covered.
If you've never had a dedicated agent who's been in the business for a long time, you don't know what you're missing.
I recently had a close friend finally switch over to Mike and his team, and they told me...I wish I'd done that years ago - you weren't kidding when you said they're on top of it.
Whenever I call or email them with questions, they either answer right away or get back to me in what feels like way less than an hour. And I can trust their advice - after all this time they've never steered me wrong. You can't get that by dialing a 1-800 general customer service number or researching online. And it doesn't cost anything more to work with them personally vs being assigned to Allstate in general with no dedicated support team.
If you're looking for an agent to work with, I highly suggest you give them a call and decide for yourself if they're a fit. My guess is you'll love them and never look back.
