I’ve been here multiple times over the last year or so. Usually the work is okay and the service is just average. But after this recent visit, I don’t think I will be back. I’ve usually only done dip or gel polish here (and pedicures which they ALWAYS try to pressure me into gel polish even when I don’t want it). The dip I find usually cracks after ~2 weeks so I decided to go back to builder gel. I have gotten builder gel in the past from a different place and had it last 3-4 weeks no problem. I’ve had these nails on for 10 days and lost 2 on my left hand and 1 on my right hand. I didn’t peel them off, they completely popped off with washing my hands and my nail bed tins even damaged much at all which shows a lack of proper surface prep for the builder gel. I was going to try to get them to fix it, but at this point I think I just want to find a new salon that does better quality, nicer service (and people who understand me), and cheaper prices.
