Ya know the customer service issues are typically related to the fact that they only have 1 rep most days; the delays are somewhat understandable. Unfortunately however they create their own problems with some of the most ridiculous policies and rules that are different than most any other insurance companies I have worked with. Most of which require the customer to go into the office to resolve which makes the customer service experience very poor and backs them up in the office. Very little can be done over the phone or online. For example, you can’t set auto pay, can’t sign up, they have to take photos to initiate, just to name a few. A bunch of silliness that simply can’t be explained by staff. I get the impression customer service is not the most important thing to this company. I would not recommend based on my experience but they serve a purpose for folks that have difficulty getting insurance elsewhere. Like everyone here says, the rates inexplicably jump at the 1st renewal. I had to drop them. They say rates in Texas have changed but I found that to be bogus.
