Low rate insurance a plus didn’t have my car to long after I found them they couldn’t insure my new car unless I brought it to the office but I don’t know how I was supposed to drive it off the lot with no insurance

I called over and over and over, nobody ever answered the phone,I got insurance elsewhere, if you can't answer the phone when I'm trying to purchase insurance,what's gonna happen if I have an accident and need your help.

I've been trying to get ahold of someone for days. Don't bother calling as they don't even answer the phone. And Jackie was the only one who finally answered just to hang up.

As long as you are not trying to call the office, they are great. Don't bother calling, Instead do yourself a paper just go in the office.

I would have kept this ins but they wanted 185 just to add a new car to it and was 20 dollars more a month than Geiko and they did on phone.
