Read More2025: this is our Family’s plumbing company. Tim visited, and after careful, patient and methodical surveying, he had action plans to replace our hot water line. They provided 3 options in a detailed estimate, which they emailed at my request. Eventually, the cost of the endeavor was satisfactory. We could have done a complete pipe job, ripping out concrete. We chose new copper pipes above ground, and we think the final job gives our rural house adds a visually appealing industrial style. We are grateful, again, for the work from Flow-Pro. Tim and Dominic are exactly who we will look to and recommend in the future. Rusty, who handles work over the phone and scheduling is charming and professional. Thank you, too. 2025 update, this company is a local gem.
Update: we needed an installation in our bathroom, and Tim was able to handle our non-emergency within a week of our first call. We’ve got our first bidet and a sink vanity safe for our toddlers. We’re superbly grateful that he could handle our little project.
Tim and Dominic were punctual and courteous. They approached several plumbing tasks, and gave us quality service for each job. In a single visit, Flo-Pro plumbing handled our bathroom and kitchen issues.
We decided to bring them back for work on outdoor pipes. We’re relieved to find an excellent plumber available in our Cabazon neighborhood.
Their work on my rooftop swamp cooler was phenomenal. They’re tidy and efficient. Also, they returned to insure their work was done.
