I have been working out with Dianne at Fitness St. Pete going on five years now. I am an outdoors person. My many attempts to workout in a gym failed. Then I happened across Dianne’s group training, outdoors for people over 50, perfect! I have never looked back.
Why do I continue day after day, week after week, year after year? I am stronger and fitter now than When I was in my forties. I can feel proud and good about myself every day. I am 60 + years old, I want to be able to travel, hike, sail and enjoy the outdoors for as many years as I can. I have never been injured from training in these past 5 years and I trust Dianne explicitly. She is highly experienced and knowledgeable and dedicated to her work. We train in small groups but get very individualized attention. It is a FUN group and the fact that many people have been with Dianne a lot longer than I, speaks for itself. Just take the first step the rest will follow.
