I spent two weeks at FitKoh with the goals of losing weight, resetting mentally, and improving my overall fitness — and I achieved all of them.
From the moment I arrived, everything was well-run and professional. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a focused, immersive experience. The staff were all incredibly accommodating and kind, making the stay not just productive, but enjoyable.
I worked with Coach Gareth for personal training, and he was excellent — motivating, supportive, and always pushing me to give my best without ever feeling overwhelming. The group classes and training sessions offered a great mix of intensity and variety. Coach Ethan and Coach Arti were awesome.
The accommodation was simple, clean, and comfortable — exactly what I needed to rest and recharge between sessions. The food and meal program also really stood out. Every meal was delicious, with a good variety to choose from, including a great selection of smoothies. Having the macros listed on the menu made it easy to stay aligned with my nutrition goals, which was a big help. Momay, Hector,and Joe always had a smile and were just a few of the awesome Fitkoh Café staff that made me feel at home. I can’t wait to see them again!
I left FitKoh feeling fitter, stronger, and mentally refreshed. I made real progress in a short time, and I plan on returning. I highly recommend FitKoh and Coach Gareth to anyone looking to kickstart their fitness journey in a supportive, results-driven environment.
