They are not always the most affordable — they’d tell you that — but their honesty just saved me $2,400, so I’m pretty moved to write a review.
We had a broken water line in a tricky spot in our back garden — an area that needed a deep, 30’ trench in an area only accessible by a 44” gate. The quote came in high compared to others, but we’ve had a good experience with them before (although we’ve occasionally called the less-expensive folks, who were also OK). We hired them, they got us on the schedule and handled everything from getting lines marked to moving some lawn furniture that we had forgotten and putting it away neatly.
It was supposed to be a two-day job, but they were about three hours in when the lead plumber told my husband that they’d found the leak, the pipe was otherwise exactly what they would have put in, and that they could repair the pipe. They finished up a full day early, left the site in great shape (not always a given), and were completely professional. (We did find an open side-gate when our dog slipped through and came around to the front door, but we’re not sure whether another service person left it open; it was a busy day.)
And they saved us a ton of money. The best. Hire them when you can.
