Sadly, I'm really disappointed. I know my complaint is going to get swept under the rug. I know this because costumer service already did it to me once. It was a simple cancelation. I was putting in a request to cancel my homeowners policy, I just needed it to be back-dated. While doing so the situation was taken to the extreme, as they were harassing, pressuring, and being patronizing to me. Instead, now they had asked me to call the insurance company myself and cancel it. It would have taken them a few minutes through your brokers portal. It will now be a hindrance too me for the next few days.

Actually, I repeatedly asked you for more time to get my things in order. You called me everyday, after that. I'm pretty sure that's harrasment. Also, what is it to you if we cancel a policy a day or 2 weeks later. As long as it gets canceled, the urgency and patronizing attitude about how important it is, it really wasn't necessary.
Now, I have to repeat myself. You still haven't called my policy too back date it. Even though you were my agent at that time, and are being payed for work that you don't want to do. Because I am not your problem anymore?
