We used to use an agency that got us a great deal but the agent himself was so rude and condescending I hated contacting the office for anything. It got to the point, I refused and would make my husband deal with him. We joke that dealing with him gave me PTSD. We eventually left.
We have been with Michael Mulvey Ins Agency for several years now. During that time, we have bought and sold vehicles and our house as well as purchased a condo. We have had glass claims and even a fender bender.
I didn't think it was possible but EVERY single interaction with Michael and Marissa has been pleasant.
