Freddy made sure to explain all of my options and give me the best coverage that fits all of my needs. When I told him about a unique feature in my car he even made sure I had the right coverage for that as well. The number one thing I was looking for in switching was an agent that I could trust and that didn’t give me some generic policy that would end up leaving me under covered for the sake of being the cheapest.
