Last year they ran out the clock and hit us with a $8k/mo premium increase (over double what we were paying). This year our renewals came around and, once again, the increase was outrageous, staggering in comparison to last year's increase.
THAT insurance agent used veiled threats, withheld information and basically did everything they could to keep us from shopping, but our new Financial Director told us she has a guy.....and he ended up coming gin right under the deadline and saved us a staggering amount of money, with higher coverage that will open up new markets for us.
"There's no way there can be that big of a difference," I told the Financial Director.
"That can't be right", said the owner of the company.
It was right.
Constantin patiently answered every inquiry. Unlike my other agent, he was able to intelligently articulate the reasons behind the decisions, the wording, the coverage, the exclusions.
