Brought my suit in two weeks before my wedding and they sent it home with someone else. Honestly, not a big deal at all. Things happen, I was pretty forgiving and polite, said I'd come back when the other customer returned it, but when I came back he just kinda shoved the suit in my hands and said "sorry, thank you" and walked away before I could say anything. It was my first time with them and I got lucky that the other customer was cool and returned it so quickly (you're the real hero whoever you are). But if he would've put on even 20% of a customer-service face it would've been all good. No discount, no sincere-apology, just me getting lucky two weeks before my wedding that someone returned my suit and didn't leave town with it. So hey- chances are he won't mix up your stuff, seems like a pretty isolated incident and it seems like they do well at dry-cleaning, but it tells you how they handle their mistakes.
