First of all let me apologize for not remembering everyone’s names but I just wanted to say that I had an amazing experience at this establishment. The girl with the pink hair was rocking it. She was doing her thing. She looked beautiful. She was friendly great customer service. She did not help me, but I did notice her customer service towards other people within the establishment, the woman with the braids and the really cool Freddy Krueger sweatshirt that she had on today she was amazing super friendly awesome also and then I feel absolutely horrible because the girl that really did help me with picking out jewelry, getting my paperwork done and giving advice was amazing!!!!!. She has purple hair and i really hope she makes it in this industry because she was awesome and not only impressed myself but also the piercer himself! She is absolutely adorable and she is the sweetest thing ever she was able to give great advice I wanna know her name so I can greet her properly the next time I come in because I will most definitely be coming back, they have the best customer service in this establishment not only was I welcomed, but they came around the corner to me asked me what I was there for but she asked me if I had an appointment which I did not, but they still took me in as a walk-in then I was greeted by piercer once he was ready for me and let me just say this most professional experience I have ever had his name is Syndesi!!!! 10/10 STARS! Extremely extremely nice super professional was very informative. Didn’t leave you wondering how you’re supposed to take care of your stuff asked my permission so he could show someone who will be apprenticing in the future different types of elasticities. I guess is what you wanna call it anyhow I just had a really amazing time and I just wanted to say that I am FOREVER and evolution girl now and I most definitely will be coming back to this place for any and everything that I want pierced and I will always recommend you to everyone. I was also able to get aftercare products and I really wanna go back to get some of their merch because it was super cool! THANK YOUUUU!
