Izzy is awesome! She’s my go to in the Skokie location. Always professional, keeps it light through, what I find to be, the most painful parts through conversations. She is really funny. The front desk staff is always friendly as well!

Highly recommend Jackie ! She makes sure no hair is missed and is very quick. Keeps you distracted so you don't notice the pain. I signed up for the wax pass and will use her everytime. :)
