We had strayed to another company with and Emu for homeowners, and the rates were out of control. Erika was able to win us back wholeheartedly with a fair and honest quote. Outstanding customer service, especially regarding the amount of information provided about State Farm's Auto, Homeowners and Umbrella policies, and the level of communications with the Account manager Justin Hall on the phone, emails and via text messaging was particularly accommodating and very helpful. This type of personal connection and interest from a local agent felt very different than the call centers I was used to dealing with and this made me much more comfortable making want is a very big move from Geico after 50-years.
