I am never late on paying my insurance. I’ve had encompass since 2019.
My car was in an accident and their adjuster (Brandon)came out and fixed what he felt was pleasing to himself and did not authorize the rest which was all a part of the same accident.
Please see attached photos showing yellow area on side of running board and area on rear bumper which was not repaired because of lack of authorization from the encompass representative.
They also increased my premium and the other driver was at fault.They leave me no choice but to seek a better insurance company.

Worst insurance company I've ever used. Had to file 2 claims while with them (one home, one auto) and I don't think I've experienced such bad customer service in my life. Their adjusters will not call you back for weeks or (in the case of one) forget your claim entirely and forget to process payments an entire year later. When you call the company themselves, anyone you reach is just desperate to transfer you to somebody else so they don't have to do anything. Save yourself the money and stress - pick any other insurance company.

Terrible insurance company my daughter got into an accident and the adjuster scheduled 7:30 am to see her car calls at 6am the same day to reschedule . The worst part she has like 4K in damages and they tried to just mail her a check for 1,800 and say it’s closed . I will make sure to fight this along side with her and force them to repair the car but this is ridiculous . They’re trying to take advantage of a young inexperienced person . Shame on encompass All state should drop you folks
