Read MoreI’m not easily impressed, but Victor and his team at Elite Roofing Solutions are great; they are a solid 5-Star company. I have found Elite to be an outstanding choice for exterior construction projects – not only for roofing, but also decks, siding, fencing, and many other exterior finishes. Elite is easy to work with; very reliable and efficient, gives attention to the details, and the quality of their work is excellent. Victor is hands-on, visiting jobs in progress to make sure his crews have what they need; and touching base with owners to discuss any potential concerns. Victor conducts his business in a professional manner; with honesty, integrity, and quality not always (seldom) found in a residential contractor.
I contracted with Victor for two roofing projects in 2021; mine and my in-law’s; and then in 2024 for extensive exterior repairs after most of a neighbor’s tree fell on my house, deck and fence. All three projects turned out great, with several tasks resulting in better finishes than I had before.
My in-law’s 2021 roof project was to remove and replace shingles, plus patches for two holes. Everything went so well that even my mother-in-law was pleased. My 2021 roof project stripped everything down to the roof trusses. Virtually all of the plywood decking was soft and/or degraded. As for the shingles, I always joked there was more tar than shingles, as I kept patching leaks for about 20 years... Both roofs turned out great!
For the 2024 tree damage, it was actually a number of individual projects intermixed between undamaged structure; and was complicated further by my insurance settlement. Victor and Viviana worked with me to sort out and match up the awkward insurance line item descriptions with the actual damages that needed to be repaired; and then their crews worked their magic to reconstruct all of the damage, which is much more difficult than building out new construction. All of the repairs were completed within the insurance settlement payout, so my insurance policy deductible was my only out-of-pocket cost. The transitions in and out of existing undamaged areas came out great – and the repairs, including a couple of upgrades, ended up resulting in a better and newer appearance than before the incident!
I seldom give reviews and rarely offer such a strong recommendation, but Elite has earned it!
