I had Tammy as a technician and would not recommend her. She stated that she could do this design, and I trusted her. She was quite rough on my cuticles and ran drill along my skin multiple times. She left acrylic powder under multiple nails, which made the nails very thick. I am not happy with the almond shape, as I feel that they are uneven in length and shape. I have severe nerve damage on one of my fingers, which makes it sensitive in specific areas. I made her aware of that, which she ignored or forgot throughout the whole appointment. Not only does this finger hurt, but all of my fingers are throbbing, and my appointment was hours ago. I am most upset about how far off the design is from my inspiration picture. My nails do not remotely look close to what I imagined, and my right hand is much sloppier than my left hand. I tried to trust the process, but was weary when she tried multiple methods on my right hand before proceeding to my left. I would’ve rather had her tell me that she cannot do the design than practice on me. To be frank, I let her finish because my nails hurt so bad and I was concerned she had damaged them already, and I didn’t want to bear her starting over. For the price that I paid for the nails, I expected them to be high-end. I have had more professional designs done from mall salons; I will not be going back to “Elegant.” I am going to get all of the nails replaced at a different salon tomorrow.
