I went to pickup some paperwork at the child support services. I was told by the worker on the 3rd floor to take advantage that health & human services office was on the 2nd floor and to drop it off. I went got a number, and as soon as I got called by the worker on Window G...before I could even speak she gave me attitude and started being very rude. I was like I'm dropping off some paperwork, she was like we don't take that you need to do that around the corner. As a person that had done customer service for a long time, I understand it can get overwhelming to keep answering and going through cases all day, but we are all going through things, for workers to add a very rude attitude to their services. I wanted to ask a question about my case but she kept cutting me off with a very rude attitude. I ended up getting more help from the gentleman working at Window A, which he took the time to redirect me and reassured me of what I was doing. Honestly I'm glad this is not my assign office, even though I received a rude service from the worker on Window G...I was able to witness other workers treating other people with kindness and gladly helping them.
