Read MoreI spoke with someone here last Thursday about switching from my insurance company to Durrett, but since then they have ignored my numerous emails and voice messages where I have basically been begging them to get back to me. I hate to imagine what it would be like if I was left waiting over a week for a response while needing support for a serious home or auto claim. I wasted a week of my time waiting when I told them numerous times "if this isnt going to be something we can do please let me know and I will look elsewhere." Maybe it was a fluke but that's not a chance that I can afford to take with my home or vehicle
