Im giving 5 stars in my customer service experience review with my Agent- Scott (CH)I feel there are two critical points of reflection when dealing with customer service agents. “Time to contact” and “time spent in conversation/quality of interaction”Time to contact from initial request-5 times out of 5 I was able to have an agent on the line within 2-5 minutes. Virtually no wait.Time spent in conversation and quality of interaction-Without skipping a beat, all my questions were satisfactorily answered quickly and THEN my agent was happy to spend additional time to explore options and resources related to my specific situation and needs. Phenomenal customer service experience. I feel that quick and effective responses contribute to efficiency while also allowing the conversation to include peripheral topics of discussion, which in this specific case, helped convey to me a feeling of genuine consideration for my concerns. My agent went above and beyond to advocate for me and was even willing to seek creative solutions, should it be a novel request or going as far as taking a shot in the dark, metaphorically speaking. He devoted himself wholly in the process to be of maximum assistance towards crafting optimal results on my behalf in consideration of my circumstances.The HUMAN element, which is rarely present and becoming more rare as time progresses, is what this company extended to me. Mr. Scott (CH), whilst maintaining a very professional demeanor, also acted in a compassionate and human way and made sure to be clear and forthright about all aspects of our discussion, making no false promises nor creating any false expectations. Im very impressed and more than satisfied with the quality of my experience dealing with Mr. Scott (CH).After my warranty service is processed and concluded I will leave another review which will reflect on the company’s performance and what my experience and feelings are in regards to the warranty process and the results of the claim, etc.Thank you for taking time to read my review.
