Omg! Where do I start? I have been a value customer of State Farm for years. I left went to Allstate and came back. But today has been one of the worst experiences to encounter “Valerie” by far is the worst person to have a Job in a field of customer service. It doesn’t matter if she’s having a bad day or not, you don’t take your frustration out on customers. She started of wrong after explaining my current situation, she’d ask a question and when I try answering she’ll interrupt me as I speak by answering in her own term. Which is very rude and I got worse I let her take the time to for doing a lil research and I assume she couldn’t find the information she were looking for. So she ask me how long did I have a policy with State Farm, being that she had an attitude I got a bit sarcastic and told her it should be on her computer. So she told me that she will call me back after she digs deeper I said okay. I decided to call back and ask to speak to anyone other then “Valerie” because of her attitude, so happened it was her who answered the phone and she said okay and hung up in my face;-| The nerve of her…… I will not let someone of her kind of evil get away with this. She very unprofessional, disrespectful individual who shouldn’t be a part of such great company.
