My cousin has a 2017 Kia Soul that has been sitting for over 2 months because of another so-called mechanic that rebuilt the engine in her car, but they didn't connect it properly to the fuse box and it melted! When she took it back to him, he couldn't fix it!
I searched around for a mechanic and I came across Doollies Auto Repair who has a list of vehicles that they specialize in, and Kia was one of them.
Hadi is very professional and he always answers the phone. Hadi is also very thorough and knowledgeable. Hadi ordered another fuse box and had the car running the next day! Then he completely went over the vehicle and found a few other things that were in serious need of attention. Hadi also kept me in the loop with every issue that he found by taking videos of the car, then sending them to me and explaining what was going on. Hadi then gave me the option to get these things taken care of right then, or if I wanted to take care of it at a later daye. I appreciate Hadi's honesty and I didn’t feel pressured with having a whole list of things that needed to be done that day. He asked me what I wanted done and he would be more than happy to set up another time to take care of anything else if I needed to. I chose to have everything taken care of and the next day, we got the car back running in perfect condition and no warning lights on! Hadi got all of this done within 2 days!
I know that a lot of people get taken advantage of because they are not knowledgeable of the functions of their vehicles and are told random things that their car needs just to get more money out of them and the car may still not be running right after that!
