Ok I admit I was very hesitant at first because it was such a hole in the wall place. Im unemployed and really needed to get my hair done for interviews. I tend to have very hard to work with hair. Straight on top and wavy underneath. Course also no matter what I seem to try to take away the frizz, my hair turns into a poofy fro when it dries even another hairstylist couldn't get the cute little crunchy curl style to hold. If I try to work with the curls it's limp and greasy within two hours. If I go straight, it's a battle to keep the fro under control, yes even with layers and the slithering technique. I was praying about where to go and this place just kind of caught my eye while driving. The owner greeted me and was soooooo sweet. For eighty, yes you heard me right, eighty dollars I got a full weave for my shoulder length hair. For such a low price I was praying it would turn out ok. The color turned out absolutely beautiful. I wasn't sure how blonde to go but it looked gorgeous. Then the styling began. She seems to work very effortlessly and I initially thought, this is not how other stylists do things ( ok I thought that a few times) but when she was done ..whooooaaaa! With the products and how it turned out my hair has not looked this amazing in over twenty years. It was highlighted beautiful and the curls from my natural hair were wavy, soft and the products held the style the rest of the day (never happens). She just used a couple of products, a blow-dryer and mostly kind of running her fingers. Not a hard routine! My hair felt clean and wonderful and the next morning my hair still looked amazing! I could have gone to work all day with the same style from yesterday! No greasiness, crunchiness, or limp curls, which happens when I use other products. The owner has been doing hair for over thirty years and to top it off, she is a Christian and loves God. To think I could have missed this place had I ignored the prompting to go in..I'm just stunned at what a beautiful job she did..I seriously wish I could show u a pic of how amazing my hair looked. Thank you again.
