I would’ve had a terrible experience and would’ve gone to another insurance company within my first week of switching to Direct Auto if it wasn’t for Jon. They wanted to charge me over $100 more a month after I had initiated my policy with them. Which in todays economy, we all know that’s just wrong specially when I have a perfect driving history!
Apparently, they don’t have the ability to look at your previous automobile insurance coverages and I had to get proof of my previous insurance coverage. I had to get on the phone with Progressive and Geico and request they email me my previous declaration pages.
Jon at the Port Saint Lucie office went above and beyond and helped me submit everything to their understanding team. Sometimes, it’s the employees like Jon who make all the difference! He is smart, kind, compassionate and demonstrated great customer service. Thank you Jon! Direct Auto is lucky to have you!
