The connector burst for 2 hours can not find the shut-off valve my restaurant basement is completely under water not sure if someone can be a hero by 9.30 pm so decided to call him hoping for any luck and he shows up within a 15 mins form Yarmouth to Portland and he nails it!!! Quick response/fair price and professional!! Can not be enough to say thank you for saving me a thousand bucks before getting worse

I had a back up at one of my rental properties yesterday and had 3 inches of water in the basement. I’ve had very luck with different plumbers around the Portland area so I googled and found Diamond plumbing. I looked at his website and it looked great and I decided to call. It rang one time and Zach picked right up. He moved around three different jobs so that he could be out to help with my emergency. From my initial call at 11 AM and him showing up at 3 PM, the whole situation was resolved by four. Fast, professional, and got the job done for a reasonable rate. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing with Plumbing, give them a call.

When my kitchen faucet broke and wouldn't turn off AND the valves below the sink broke at the same time, I called Zach at Diamond Plumbing. It was about 5 pm on a Saturday and he was over in under an hour. He was knowledgeable and efficient (and gracious about delaying his own Saturday evening plans!) and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

These guys were great. Quick response and communicated throughout the repair process. Was very accommodating in a schedule change due to not having the proper shut off which the HOA had to set up. As soon as that was done they worked me into their schedule the next day. They made sure everything was working well and put everything back in place and my faucet repair solved 2 problems. Definitely would have them again.

We had a bad leak under our kitchen sink..on a Saturday evening! We left messages with a few plumbers, but Zach answered his phone right away, and said he could be to us within 2 hours! He requested a photo of the leak first, and came with all the correct parts to fix it. First class workmanship and a great guy as well!
We'll use him for ALL our plumbing and drain needs. He even spoke to our home warranty company to ensure the service was covered. Five STARS!!

Zack came right over on the Sunday after July 4. He seemed like the only available plumber in Maine!
He snaked out our sewer pipe and cut roots so things flowed smoothly again

We have an old house that had an old sink, broken garbage disposal, old plumbing input lines, and plumbing below the sink that was broken.
Zack installed everything quickly that he could and came back the next day with all the parts he needed to finish the job.

As a new customer, it meant a lot that he prioritized my need; he put my mind at ease by doing the job right after a different person did it wrong and abandoned my project with a broken pipe. Professional integrity matters and finding dependable people should never be taken for granted. First of all-- Zach Diamond is AMAZING as a person and as a professional! He was superb communicative; took his time to figure out what was wrong and really made sure that everything was okay.
I had bad overflow/leak in one of the bathrooms that impact the basement, and it was after hour-- Zach answered the phone promptly and he show up when he said he would.
The first visit-- he was able to figure out that there was a severe clog and that the wax base needs to be replaced-- however remind me that septic tank should be emptied and made a recommendation for another company that was able get this done by the next morning.
He just completed the job (two visits) -- extremely friendly, took the time to show what the issues was and how they would be fixed-- I am also Deaf, and he was AWESOME with communicating
I was also worried about the cost as it was emergency after hour call and two visits in total-- I thought he could have charged much more but he did stick with his original estimate-- he is not your typical plumber that could easily overcharge you!
I am definitely keeping him on my speedial and YOU SHOULD BE TOO!!
