Read MoreMy experience so far has been excellent. I needed to replace my upstairs heat pump unit. Kyle McDowell met with me and discussed my options. He was completely professional, did the load calculation, Other companies skipped this. Kyle, recommended adding an additional return and a supply line in one of our upstairs bedrooms that had never heated and cooled properly. He also recommended increasing the size of the unit from 2 1/2 tons to 3 tons. And while we were waiting on the new unit to be installed, Kyle came to our home and recharged our old unit so it would work as best it could while we were waiting on the installation of the new unit.
I ultimately choice the Trane 17 SEER, Multi speed with the variable speed air handler. My family and I could not be more happy so far. Bottom line this unit has transformed our upstairs. I did my own personal research as well on this unit and so far it has lived up to everything. The unit truly does reduce the humidity upstairs while operating more quietly than my previous one. We never thought our upstairs could be this comfortable. The unit is a game changer so far.
The most important day of any unit is the installation, and the Delcor crew led by Nick did a great job here as well. All the necessary steps were done: Nitrogen purge, triple evacuation and Nick performed a static pressure test on the day of installation. A unit will never operate properly and efficiently unless it is installed correctly and the Delcor crew made sure mine was done right.
I am the type of man who does his homework before I make any big purchase and I can say from start to finish, Kyle McDowell, and the entire installation crew at Delcor has done a wonderful job for my family and me. High level of professionalism, excellent customer service, outstanding product, and a Very fair price, these are the things we experienced with the Delcor crew.
