Great gym, best in town for sure. Great place for strength training. Good variety of machines, and friendly staff. Heavy deadlifting, squatting and benching encouraged.

Great community. Pricey for certain memberships, but it comes with more friendliness and genuine support than you’ll find anywhere else. Can really change your life if you let it.
