I was about 38 miles from Crestview when a driver in the fast lane hit a large object in the road—looked like a bumper cover or some kind of body molding—and sent it spinning into the middle lane where I was driving. Unfortunately, there was a car on my right, so I couldn’t swerve to avoid it without hitting them. I struck the object, which caused visible damage to my front spoiler. I managed to pull it out of the wheel well enough to keep driving and made it safely to Crestview.
The next morning, my mom recommended Days Automotive—she said they had taken good care of both my niece and my brother. I called and spoke with Ed, who was polite and told me to bring the car by so they could check for further damage and make sure it was safe to drive back to Texas. Casey took the car, and about 30 minutes later, he came to get me—not only was the car drivable, it was actually fixed. The quality of the work honestly surprised me (just take a look at the before and after photos).
But what truly shocked me was this: when I asked what I owed them, they said nothing. I said, “Seriously?” and they just smiled and said, “Have a good day.”
So here it is—my promised Google review.
These guys are fast, reliable, and HONEST. Thank you, Ed, Casey, and everyone at Days Automotive. You’ve earned this.
