I've been going to DSF for about 2 years. In that time, I've done the early morning (ie 6 am) boot camps and crossfit, several time slots and instructors for zumba, and pilates. Instructors are enthusiastic and fun, although in most cases there was no personalized greetings. I would like to see the instructors attend more to form (especially in boot camp) by walking around cueing participants, and a little less to demonstrating the moves. Instructors usually learn the names of regulars in the group fitness classes and I think they could help people out by pushing them or correcting form more often. I've never used the pool but used the locker room every day when I came in early and showered for work. The locker room and showers have been clean with hair dryers and nice towels provided. I don't use the machines so I can't speak to them, but I do use free weights and most of the other goodies like kettle balls and barbells; pretty much every type of workout toy is available except maybe sandbags. The free weights are a little roughed up but it seems like there is always plenty of equipment for the number of people. It seems like they are always buying something new so the sense is that it is well-maintained. I think there has been a change in ownership in the last year or so, and I like it even better now.
